  • I train clients online and in person at Northern Arena in Silverdale.

  • Yes I do. Everyone has different levels of experience with fitness, some have injuries to navigate. I also appreciate that others find exercise challenging.

  • I train clients of all ages and demographics, new to fitness, weight loss, strength training, balance, stretching, mobility and fall prevention. If injury rehabilitation is required I work alongside other medical professionals to personalize your program.

  • At our first session we briefly discuss your exercise history, experience and goals, we workout. Then I build a program based on your feedback. At our second meeting we get straight into it and train for 45mins with your new program. Easy.

  • Yes absolutely! It’s also cost effective and a great way to stay accountable.

  • I offer prepaid packaged training sessions to see the very best results in my clients through consistency and the formation of new habits over time. I want you to succeed!

  • I recommend once or twice a week minimum to start. If you’re keen…I am.

  • Yes you can, but please seek medical clearance first! Lots of exercise can be scaled and I can make any adjustments prior to training with you. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals is an integral part of my role as a personal trainer.
